Shine Photography Exhibition & Tangerine Press Book Launch 2023: Curated by Fiona Freund
Friday 28th July 2023 – Friday 11th August 2023
Morleys Brixton, 2nd Floor, 472-488 Brixton Road, SW9 8EH
This year’s Shine Exhibition will be making an appearance at Morley’s Brixton to celebrate children’s photography from Shine Camera Club based in Mitcham. Shine Camera Club is part of Shine Saturday School encouraging children who have an active interest in photography between the ages of 8-10 years. This exciting exhibition will showcase talented young photographers and to provide a space which these young children would not usually have access to.
Using analogue/film cameras, the children are taught the basic skills of photography at the Shine Merton Saturday School. This exhibition will explore the world through children’s eyes and how they engage with their environment.
We are really excited to announce that photographer Fiona Freund will be curating the exhibition. Fiona’s work has been featured in Vogue, The Weekend Guardian and Observer plus many more.
